Terms & Conditions

ORDERS 

All orders will be processed in 3 working days from receipt of payment, and shipped within 5 working days. All orders placed through the website shall be accepted upon our sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that we may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed or charged, for any or no reason, without liability to you or any third party and our decision shall be final. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is subsequently cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card that was charged. 

Orders may be cancelled due to the import limitations of your state and/or country of certain products. In the event that we are unable to ship to your state and/or country and your credit card has been charged, we will refund the full amount for the restricted item(s) back to your credit card. PAYMENT AND ORDER PROCESSING 

All prices on the Site are shown in Euro. 

We currently only accept Paypal payments. 

Your total shipping charges are automatically computed during checkout, prior to the completion of your order. After inputting your Paypal details and payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation from Ale Walsh via email. Once the order has been processed and we do have your bag(s) in stock, your bag(s) will be packed securely and shipped. 

Please note that quantities are limited and subject to availability.  

SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES 

Shipping costs includes packaging, import licenses (if applicable) insurance. 

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit and until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for the goods delivered at which point responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, the n you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Ale Walsh Designs and transfer of responsibility in the same way. 

Ale Walsh Designs will endeavour through its nominated carrier, to promptly deliver your goods after receipt of payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Ale Walsh Designs is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

We regret that delivery cannot be made to post office boxes.

STATUS OF YOUR ORDER 

Ale Walsh Designs will email to you your AWB information upon availability. If you have any other questions regarding the status of your order, please email info@alewalsh.com 

Remember to include you full name and order reference number in the email. 

DUTIES & TAXES 

Duties and taxes are determined by local governments, based on country of origin of the products being purchased, as well as the international harmonised code system that classifies the products. Thus the amount of duties and taxes varies by order. Please check for more details with your country’s customs office. In this case, the buyer has to take care of all the custom / import duties, once your purchases has reached their destination. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Full priced Merchandise can be returned for an EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 days from date of delivery. Sale, discounted and promotional items CANNOT be returned or exchanged at any time. 

If you wish to return any item for an exchange: 

You must submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our customer service department within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Please email us at info@alewalsh.com 

All returned merchandise must be unused and in a new condition with all original tags and original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. 

We request that all goods should be returned within 7 days of the date you received your RMA number. The RMA number must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label included in the returned parcel. 

Returns must be shipped through our nominated courier or we will not be responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transportation. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant courier’s airway bills and documentation. We will only refund return shipping costs where the item returned is defective. 

We will accept the return, or exchange, or repair, goods that are defective. Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase. Items that have been damaged as a result of mistreatment or wear and tear will not be considered to be defective. For exchanges, we will replace it with the same item or in the event of the item being out of stock, we will offer you to choose another item that is of the same purchase price. If you elect to repair the item, the cost of repair will be borne by Ale Walsh Designs. A RMA must be requested for the processing of the return. 

These terms and conditions only apply to items purchased at www.alewalsh.com. Any Ale Walsh Designs product purchased from other resellers must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s policy. 

Ale Walsh Designs reserves the right to change the Return & Exchange Policy and/or reject any return/exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Ale Walsh Designs’ decision shall be final. 

Customs duties and sales taxes, as well as shipping charges are non-refundable through Ale Walsh Designs. 

LIABILITY 

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, We disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the products available through this Site including but not limited to, implied warranties of satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose. 

You acknowledge that We cannot guarantee and therefore shall not be in any way responsible for the security or privacy of this Site and any information provided to or taken from this Site by You. 

You agree that, except for death and personal injury arising from Our negligence, We will not be liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with this contract, for any economic losses (including without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), any loss of goodwill or reputation, or any special or indirect or consequential losses in any case whether or not such losses were incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the TOS. 

Nothing in these TOS shall limit your rights as a consumer under Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”).
